Coaching is designed to develop the player's game based on a previous diagnostic.
In the first training level the primary goal will be to develop bodily awareness and co-ordination oriented toward the basic aspects of tennis technique. We will achieve our goal through the implementation of different types of games (with and without ball, with and without racquet, with and without footwork).
